Description:

A hummingbird's delight! These fragrant natives of Tropical America like well-drained soil and a lot of sun. Great in landscapes (hardy to slightly below freezing) or containers (will drink a lot of water in containers). Trailing habit makes them great for hanging baskets.

General Growing Tips:

Well-drained soil with moderate feed and a lot of sun. One plant per 4" pot, pinched at 3 weeks, will finish in 6-8 weeks. 4 plants per pot in a 10" basket will have a 10 week finish time. Plants respond well to Florel (to develop lateral branching). Watch out for white flies and mites.
