Description:
Double Begonias are wonderful annuals blooming almost continuously with full double (rosebud-type) blooms. For landscapes or containers these should be among the easiest to grow, especially outdoors in a shade/partial shade area. Use low feed in well-drained soil (never over 250 ppm nitrogen or plants will stretch).
General Growing Tips:
One plant per 4" pot and pinch within 2 weeks. Grow at 55-60 degree night temperature. Low feed bright light. Ready in 6 weeks. May need occasional pinching if grown for an extended time. 10" baskets need 4 plants per pot and 1 pinch at 2-3 weeks to finish in 8 weeks. For a larger basket pinch twice and grow for 10 weeks.
