Description:
A great plant for spring baskets and mixed containers: a well-grown hanging basket can have hundreds of small, white flowers and dense, dark-green foliage on fast growing plants. Bacopa do not tolerate heat very well, and probably will not survive summer temperatures in hanging baskets, but they do work well when mixed with other plants. If a Bacopa plant in a mixed container is lost during the hot summer, the other plants that survive will fill the vacated space.
General Growing Tips:
Plant 3-5 plants per 10" hanging baskets with Begonias,
Springeri Ferns, Vinca Vines, or other varieties to create a mixed basket. Grow at 60 degree night temperature in well-drained soil, pH between 5.5 and 6.5. Feed nitrogen at 150 - 200 ppm. Allow 8-10 weeks to finish.
