Petunias can be grown cool at 50 degree (or less) night temperatures after plants are well rooted but allow more time to finish. Maintain a good pH control of 5.0-6.0. a higher pH will cause iron deficiency. Practice good monitoring for thrips. Cut overgrown plants back for another show.
Cuttings vary in size between different plant families. These rooted starter plants will arrive ready to be transplanted in to your final container. If they are to be used in a landscape application, you will need to establish them in a 4 inch pot or an 1801 before planting outside.
